Stuart Van Bibber has been appointed to the Board by the Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development. Mr. Van Bibber was a YESAA Coordinator for the Council of Yukon First Nations during the negotiations of YESAA. Stuart has over 10 years of experience in environmental science and management and has worked on behalf of First Nations government, Federal and Territorial governments, private sector, and industry in Yukon. He is currently a private consultant with a focus on environmental management and First Nation’s inclusion.  Stephen J. Mills, Chair of YESAB  says he, “welcomes Stuart to the Board” and that, “he will be a good addition to YESAB”.  Stuart also serves as Vice-President of the Yukon First Nation Chamber of Commerce and Secretary-Treasurer of the Yukon Mine Training Association.
